cast iron oiler?

Looks like an oiler.   With that type of mounting bracket, am thinking was hung up on a wall, and maybe dripped on a chain?

I am sure it was specific to the manufacture an someone might recognize the markings.

However from what i have noticed a lot of the times oilers over time were interchanged between machines for one reason or another.
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
