Another old tool

This looks like a regular wrench but it appears to be very old and rusty.  It has what appears to be "F163", if that means anything to anyone.  The opening on the large end is about 1 3/8 inches; the smaller opening is about 7/8 inches.  It appears that the wrench had a flat extension on one side of the large opening, but it has been broken off.  This wrench has been in my tool box forever but I have no idea where I got it or when.

There was one in one of Bus's auctions - Russ Marshall Auction 2001- listed as F163 (Oliver) 7" mal imp w (R360 BL), but more than that I don't know. Looks like a malleable iron wrench and I guess the "tab" is the sprue or run-out from the casting.

F163 (for Oliver walking plow) was documented on pg. 7 of the March 1992 MVWC Newsletter (the last one done by dad & mom ) from a 1921 repair parts catalog loaned by Phil Eberhard.  In the late 80s & early 90s the MVWC Newsletter was half devoted to documenting implement wrenches - based on repair parts lists etc.  That was before P.T. Rathbone  did his first book.
