Help on ID of tool

Hi Everybody: I picked up this tool at a yard sale the other day, but have no idea what it is.... it is about 11" long.... any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help. Mike

Funny!  Now when I enter Facebook, I keep getting ads for shrimp deveiners.  Facebook is wonderful, but it is also evil.

yup, same thing here, I will look up a tool or something, then the next day when I start up the computer, here
comes ads from the companies I had checked their tool at.
