Odd ball whats it

I cheated and looked at the patent on this whats it.  Anyone know what it is without looking it up?

If I recall it is a saw set combination tool with some additional functions. I've seen a couple of them come up for sale recently but never when I've had money in my pocket.

You got it .. The patent just says "tool for use with crosscut saw" or something like that .
