Got this one awhile back and sort of forgot about it. There are nippers with a hammer pol, wire cutter holes, and a screwdriver and a nail claw at the ends of the handles. Probably some sort of combination tool issued to postal inspectors for opening packages? (I'm thinking from the early 1900's, when the packages were wooden crates with wire bindings.) But that's just a guess.
Anybody know who would have made it for the Post Office, or if there is a "civilian" version?
