Barcalo 3/4-5/8 snowflake mark?

Anyone know what this mark means? It's not stamped in, it's raised so original to it's construction. If it's a date code I can't find any info on it.

Interesting...............that's typically known as the "Vlchek Star" and identifying them as the manufacturer of tools bearing that mark.  Also found on 60's thru 90's Proto sockets.

I've double checked all of my other Barcalo wrenches and this is the only one with this mark. I like a good mystery!
