3 pics, yes it is a lug nut wrench but it has another purpose.
Used for a number of years and there is another part that make it work and it is different for different models!
one end is 13/16 hex (I think could be 3/4 I've got a couple of models that use these) the other is 5/8? square.
Hint they are pre WW2.
