I must say I find it hard to leave these older screwdrivers behind when they are only asking a dollar or two...the old clear plastic is actually pretty cool and nostalgic these days....and they'll still get used all the time!

Nice score. One can never have enough of them. I picked up 3 today. A unknown T30 Torx and 2 Ace Hardware ones. Screwdrivers, the most used / abused tools in the tool box. I have a few Reed and Prince Along with a couple of sets of Clutch head drivers. I like wood handled ones also. I find once in a while I need to make a custom driver for some odd use. I also really like the Chapman brand of gunsmith screwdrivers. Proto drivers, don't get me started. Thank's for sharing your pictures.

Northwoods

I go for Perfect Handle types, older Stanley, English style handles, and Vlchek fat black wooden handled screwdrivers--and especially nut drivers.  I need me some more!!
Did I mention Plomb screwdrivers?
The ORIGINAL Northwoods.

"Nut Drivers".......Now that you mention it I think I passed over a couple..now I have to go back!...lol. Yeah like all vintage tools they represent a bygone era before everything became mega corporate and offshored...nice to see old brands and logos.. I collected stamps as a kid and it's sort of like that.

No, I absolutely cannot stand screwdrivers that are more than 10 years old!!!

And those screwdrivers with the wooden handles are the worst of all!

Being a paid mechanic for 32 years I found there is many types of screwdrivers. I believe I own most types. I think the only ones I don't own are Tri Wings and probably never will because I have no use for them.
