T. H. Witherby Tang butt chisel No. 270 1-1/4

Grabbed this from a box yesterday so rusted I couldn't see any markings. A little dremel work and the name appeared. Thought it was English made till I did a search found it made in Winsted Connecticut. This might be one of the oldest tools I have.
