Odd hook end wrench

Got this "hawk claw" ended wrench at auction. Have no idea on it's use. Only marking is a "32" on wrench end. 8 1/4" long over all.

Charles Allen & Co. Barre, Massachusetts

they made the Yankee horse rake, plus other farm equipment

I had sold a few of those wrenches in the past.

I believe that they were for removing and installing the hay rake tines. the tine would fit into the grooves of the wrench.

Barre is only about 30-35 miles from me.
