Almost Perfect WISS

Wiss shears/trimmers?  Big, abour 16 inches,  wood is on one side of the handles, so I guess not perfect.  Think I`ll polish up the blades, the WISS stamp is very plain.   Someone told me they might be for trimming carpet?  One more item for the wall.

I lean more to it being a hedge trimmer.

I have what looks like the same one, I bought it thinking it is a Hedge Trimmer!! I will see if I can track down a Wiss catalog!!
