Patent June 20 99 What is it?

Couldn't find anything on patent search. Appears to punch something maybe.

I believe it’s a tack puller. I thought I had the patent number but haven’t found it yet. I think Capewell made one like this.

Only 412 patents to look at.

Didn't take to long, Patent 31,036 a design patent for the one jaw. George W. Harris from Akron, Ohio.
