Hkp bolt cutters

Hello,
    I have a pair of old hkp bolt cutters that I want to replace the jaws.  Jaws show 4 & 5.  Can I used jaws just marked 5?  I'm a little confused on what the numbers mean. Thanks

Hello, skylab. Hard to tell without the model number, or seeing the bolt cutters. The 2 different numbers could mean right and left, this would be critical if the jaws are geared, same numbers would not mesh.
