Looking for help on ID of this Indestro  embossed piece! 3-1/2inches in diameter, about 3/4" high , steel , painted yellow on one side!

Cool item, Lou.  Ebay has a listing for a 1937 Indestro catalog - one of the pages shows a Ball Bearing Valve Grinder, the side cover of which bears a strong resemblance to your piece.

Lou, - this Fri thru Sun the clean-out boys are having their first of season barn sale in Memphis (NY).  About 2 minutes from my house.  Its listed on Craigslist with some photos.
