Got this wrench last week and I am not sure if it is whole or not. It measures 15" long and is marked HH373941R2 and 1 5/16. The handle is 3/4" diameter. The HH is run together with one center vertical line. Is it whole or cut in half? Was there a special application for it? How old may it be? Who was the maker?  Thanks again.

That's a IHC wrench  373941 R2 long box used on IHC tractors 1206 thru 1466. There's an I in the center of the H That's the IHC logo.
