Craftsman Beauties in Original Condition
« on: January 31, 2012, 07:10:00 AM »
I missed this one. This is the first I've ever seen such a set. Absolutely beautiful. I'll be happy to save myself a picture of this one. I know there are other picture collectors among us. I was asleep at the switch on this one or I think I'd have gotten in on the bidding a little bit. Nice to know what they looked like in their original state.

Thanks kxxr,
I don't know how I missed it. Too rich for me, buy great photos. The '42 cat shows the six in a simple little box and underlined logo on the shank. This is older than that. Unbelievable condition!

Very nice example of that decal. I don't know. I can see myself spending that much and suffering some pretty serious buyers remorse... but then, after that passes .... Like I say, I don't know. That condition is killer. I really would not have been surprised at all to see them go for much higher. Not to me, but to someone. I would love to have them.

Where the hell was eddie on this one?!?? It's eddie's fault :)
