Papaw sent me to Bolt's Tool Museum for a whatsit. I never found it, but spent about an hour exploring a cool museum. Have at it if you've never seen it.

They have revamped the site since I was last there.  I wish it was closer too, you would need to spend some hours there.
I also could not find the whatis.

Click on the link above. The page that comes up has a list on the left. Click on the Tool lovers club. The whatis are on the bottom the sign up page.
