Quick Adjust Wrench & Hammer Combo
« on: June 15, 2012, 07:11:51 PM »
This just ended today on ebay. It sold for $2,034.99. A new one fro me. Never saw another like it. I would have liked to add it to my collection but I got out bid by over $1,500.00!

I was watching that one also. I know who the second bidder but not the winner. I have seen two others but both had the lower jaw piece missing. I thought it was a little high for the condition but it is an ultra rare piece.

Patent was granted to Charles J. Maggard of Canton, Missouri on Oct. 14, 1902 (Pat. No. 711,408).

What a wrench! I wouldn't have been close in the bidding!
