Gasket Cutters

We used to call them "gasket cutters" or "T-handled gasket cutters."  They were concentric thin-wall metal tubes with a T-handle on one-end and the other end was sharp.  They were used to cut circles of various dimension from gasket, cork or felt materials.  The tools slid over each other, such that a dozen or so stored in a compact space.  Might anyone know the official name or where they might be procured?

Those are cork cutters. Usually in a set of 6-10 sizes stored on a rod that could be used to push the completed cork out. They were used primarily in drug stores to make small corks for medicine bottles.
