I am not sure when they stopped making them, but I bought Irwins just like this from Silvo Hardware in the 1970's. A standard catalog item. Sets or any size you wanted.
Of course, I also could have had Marples, crank neck paring chisels with 8" blades, either rosewood or boxwood handles, your choice (box was a bit more). The gouges just like them were the next listing down, but as it turned out, lots of guys bought gouges and very few bought the chisels, so now the chisels are rare.
Silvo had been in business for decades though, and they offered things that weren't made anymore alongside current production, so I never knew what was still current.
