206 sure is shaped like a gas bottle wrench.  The Universal, might have been some farm machinery named that?   Or is it short for Universal Fits-All.   The tongs are hair straighteners, were heated in a lamp chimney or on a stove.  Anyway is what we deduced earlier.   The Lionel, darn good shape for its age.  Had a thing for model railroading in another life.

Rathbone pg 446 lists the Universal as Universal plow co of Canton Ohio. sold by Ames plow co.
From the picture there should be an E12 at the end of the L. Universal was incorporated in 1883.
