Does anyone know anything about this one? Not mine just trying to help a friend and I haven't located anything on it yet.

Only a weak guess, Cyclops Corp, before the 1930's was Cyclops Steel Co, and earlier than that, instead of being listed as steel makers as such, they show up listed as makers of Agricultural impliments and tools. They go back into the late 1800's at least....

(Later in their history things get really complex, they are a player in the great steel mergers and aquisitions up to the 1980's)

NB: There was also a Cyclops Steel Works in Sheffield, England ~1850's...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
