Some nice finds today!! First photo ;  Advertising bats , National Drill Index , 2 Union Twist Drill Indexes , and a Syracuse Twist Drill Index . Bonus Porter Cable catalog . Second photo ; Stanley 113 with broken frog , Manhattan Tool Co Diamond Point Chisels , 8  NOS Stanley Plug Cutters , and 1 NOS Countersink .

Here are a couple more from my collection . The drill index is the same model as the one in the previous photo , also die cast , and I am pretty sure the highlights are a copper flash coating.

I believe they are actually made of high copper content bronze with a black coating on top.
I've had this Cleveland No. 80 sitting on my desk as a paperweight for years. It has a few scratches on it and they show the copper color under the black.

Hello, Sudsy . That make more sense on the second one that I posted , the one with the copper highlights . The first one that I posted is different , though , looks like it is a white metal with the black anodizing , considerably heavier as well. Will post more photos tomorrow!

I'm not married to the one I have in any way, I've really more of a wood guy then mechanical
If anyone want's to trade for it I'm always looking for wood carving knives, gouges, wood lathe tools...
Also trying to do a Proto Pebble open end set.
